Be sure bucket was not used for toxic materials, I prefer new or pickle/icing buckets. Cut a hole the size of your starter potting containers (biodegradable). Cut pie shaped wedges around the hole to allow the potting container to be pushed up into the bucket. When your seedlings are about 4-6 inches tall insert them through the hole and hang the bucket to allow filling with good quality potting soil. Pack the soil lightly then water slightly, hang bucket in a sunny area several feet above the ground but not so high that you can't water it. Put a watering hole in the lid back on the bucket and place it back on top. Water thoroughly. Wait for the tomatoes to ripen then enjoy. Don't drench your pot so as not to wash away the nutrients.

This will get very heavy when watered--- are you sure you want to hang it?
