Thrifted Hydrangeas Made Into a Pretty Arrangement for About $1.33
We went out thrifting Saturday we had a budget of 10.00, A huge bunch of good quality Hydrangeas for 3.99 turned into 3 different arrangements. One which I am sharing today. Paint and flowers can turn an old tin can into a pretty arrangement.
I painted the can and distressed it a bit then gave it a spray of protective coating.
Material scrap handles were added to both sides
