J&J Acres

I know there are plenty of people in the world who get their fill of snow before December. However, we do not usually get much snow, so when 2 inches fall, we take in as much of the beauty as we can.
I hope you do as well.

Piper, our Great Pyrenees seeing snow for the first time - and eating it as it falls!
We raise Muscovy ducks. Here is a beautiful shot of one duck flying back toward her duck house where it is warm!
Our muddy little runoff creek looks much prettier with icicles starting to form on the edge of this tiny waterfall.
This would appeal to me if I were a smallish woodland creature looking for a space to hide from the falling snow and blowing wind!
A stark contract of harsh sharp thorns and soft newly fallen snow brings out the beauty of nature in all things!
