Childrens Rain boots fence decor?

I saw a very cute display of 3-4 Children's rain boots as a fence display. I would love to find those Pictures and directions as to how to paint them and make planters out of rubber boots. Any Pix, directions are most appreciated! thanks to all the Gardeners!

Hmmm can you see it in your head and take the ideas here and put them all together. I remember seeing one too, but I can't find it and since it wasn't something I would do I didn't save it. :(
