Hello Pastel Frame

Frame a precious photo inside this sweet, pastel frame. Use scrapbook paper, a wood frame, and paint to make this custom creation.
Just 5 easy steps:
Step 1 Paint the edges of the frame white. Let dry.
Step 2 Using Mod Podge® on the back of the paper, adhere to the wood frame. Let dry.
Step 3 When completely dry, cut excess paper around the edge and the window of the frame. Smooth with an fine grit sandpaper (or emery board).
Step 4 Glue clothespin the top of the frame opening.
Step 5 Embellish frame as desired using Simply Pastel embellishments.
