Emma Santoro-Adkison on Oct 20, 2014I sprinkle Baking soda once a week on my oriental rugs. Let sit over night, then vaccume. AFTER i roll it up,and unroll it outside. The fresh air will help remove any smells. While the carpet is OUTSIDE, wash your floor. What. Difference it makes.
