Mine is beige and boring, circa 1995. We are selling soon and don't want to replace it

What about painting the grout lines a popping color so that it looks updated and less boring??!!

Keeping everything neutral for new owners is the way to go. Just put some pops of color elsewhere in the room. Like thow pillows, blankets or kitchen towels and curtains. Do not put money into the floor as someone else might want to put down hardwood or laminate.

Yes, my front verandah. Concrete paint from hardware store. I'd repeat at sign of wear & tear. Easy done. 😀😀😀

In my experience ceramic flooring is tough to refinish, because it is hard and non-porous. You will have to break the surface somehow, probably with mechanical abrasion, and then use a good epoxy paint to even have a chance. I would not recommend painting ceramic tile, you will be better off leaving it as is, if you paint it, it will be obvious, and the prospective buyers will wonder what you are trying to hide.

Good suggestion. They are a medium brown but that might work. I will try it in a closet
