It only took me 10 minutes to make this DIY mason jar pendant lamp!

You can find the easy tutorial on Dagmar's Home.

Mason jar pendant lights are all the rage and sell for a lot of money - but you can make them yourself, for not much money!

In this post, I want to encourage you to make your own mason jar lamp.

It seriously took me longer to gather the supplies for this lamp than it did to make it.
Yes, you can make your own mason jar pendant lamp. Full tutorial on Dagmar's Home.
Here is the tutorial. Making this pendant light is so easy.

You need a mason jar - I'd use one that has a wide mouth - and a pendant light kit, strong scissors, a hammer and a nail.

All you need is to puncture some holes into the top of the lid with a nail and hammer to get out the middle of the lid, then add the pendant light kit.

Add more holes for ventilation, and screw in a light bulb.

Make sure the light bulb is not so strong that the lamp overheats.
I'm loving how this pendant light turned out. Who knew that you can create your own? :)
Also consider using beautiful vintage mason jars to make your light fixture - they are so charming.
