    If you dissolve oxyclean in warm water its a pretty decent cleaner, but it can't be stored in a closed top bottle because it constantly products oxygen and it will rupture the bottle, or at the very least, spill over the top. Only make enough to use at the time you are cleaning with it. I, personally, only use it for clothing, and have recently gone back to using borax. It leaves a film on surfaces that I don't like the feel of.

    I don't use Oxyclean. I use Hydrogen peroxide. It is cheap and works better. If I need a little grit I add baking soda and a brush.
