How to paint foundation?

My foundations is peeling and has small dents in it! It is about 4 feet away from my pool and look awful! How do I paint this cement??

Cover ground with drop cloth, plastic, even newspaper. Get a paint roller, pan set. Get a thick roller sleeve. Use porch and deck paint. The thick nap of the roller sleeve will catch most of the dents, dips. The ground cover will keep a lot of dirt from getting into the paint. I've done it the hard way with a brush and the cement will tear up a brush.
the best paint for concrete/brick exterior foundations is "exterior solid body stain". I am a 40+ surface coating contractor.
