How to fix perforated roof? Any suggestions?

Do you mean those fiberglass corrugated roof panels? If so I would use silicon caulk, and I suspect the same type used on your gutters would work best, ask the guy at the hardware store. You can get it in clear so it doesn't show.

I agree with Sharon. Did you overlap the corrugations at the seams? Now that it's up use 100% silicone caulk at the seams. Use a moist finger to force the caulk into the seams and not just on the surface.

Sounds like you need to do some caulking at the seams. I would recommend using a clear silicone caulk.

I have large deck I covered last year. It also leaked at the seams. I used a silicon caulk on the seams. It worked until next year and it started leaking again in different spots along the seams. I had to recaulk it as the heat and then cool rain caused it to shrink and pull away from the seams.

I assume you mean a "corrugated" (wavy) roof. Yeah, caulk is the way to go. If you have access from above and below, you could screw a 1"x2" either on top (less visible) or bottom (easier to get to) with big washers on the screws, to make a sandwich and really hold things together when you caulk. I would use a clear caulk WITH silicone, rather than a pure silicone, as that tends to be difficult to deal with years down the road.
