DIRECTIONS

Moss Ball
  1. To make the moss balls, simply spray adhesive or apply hot glue to the sphere to a small section at a time, and attach the moss.
  2. Work your way around the sphere until is it completely covered.
  3. Be sure to check for bare spots.

Set the moss balls on urns or a in a bowl.
Decorative Vases

  1. Clean the vase/s with rubbing alcohol and cotton balls or wash with soap and water and dry thoroughly.
  2. Using the larger paint brush to apply your color of choice.
  3. Allow to dry, then apply a second coat.
Once the second coat is dry, use other colors to create designs of your choice.
  • For the blue vase, I used a toothpick to apply white stripes, following the groove pattern on the vase.
  • Use a small paint brush to apply gold banding around the top and/or bottom of the vase
Display your vase as décor.
Or use to create a floral arrangement.

Floral Arrangement

  1. Cut the individual stems from the floral bush
  2. Remove the leaves from the stem
  3. Cut the floral foam to size and place  inside the vase
  4. Create a floral frog (grid) with clear tape
  5. Place the floral stems in the grid to create the arrangement
  6. Place green moss over the tape
  7. Use hot glue to add the leaves around the rim of the vase
