Check to see if you have a re-set button. Many times this is all it needs.
you should have an Allen wrench in the kitchen that came with it. Under the sink on the outside of the disposal There's a hole in the bottom where u insert the wrench and manually turn the gears. Some times this will clear it. You tube helps a lot
If it doesn't work after the reset button is pushed, it is time to consider calling someone who knows what they are doing.

Sometimes it is cheaper to get a new one than getting someone to come and look at it. They really aren't hard to replace. If the above solutions don't work first. I would also check to see if perhaps you have a clog in one of the pipes coming out of the disposal leading to the main drain. They should not be hard to remove to check them, just make sure you have something to catch water in when you loosen the pipes.
