Not really. Sorry. The finish you purchase is the finish you get. They are not like hardwood floors that you can sand down and refinish.
Do you have any scrap pieces left? Practice on them... try a low lustre clear topcoat, or urethane. If you like it on the sample, use it on the floor. I recommend a foam roller rather than a fluffy one to avoid too much texture.
You cannot strip or refinish laminate flooring . It's basically laminated cardboard .
