Hi Eroque, I think your home will sell better if it's staged. My best friend is a real estate agent and she says her homes sell twice as fast when staged properly! Here's a link with questions and answers from real sellers and real estate agents! https://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Staging-or-not-when-empty-house/434737/
Good luck.
With it staged with the right size furniture and accessories, people get a much better idea of how their things will fit. Watching remodel shows, they always stage it and it sells much faster than those that don't.
I think full but staged just don't over do it nobody wants to see clutter but would like to know how everything fits and how much room there still is .
Suzette's link is perfect, it needs to be staged, and if you have the money, have it staged professionally. Most people have no idea what to do with space unless presented in an attractive manner.
When I used to manage a real estate agency we always recommendedto have furniture in the home. If you can not afford to hire a professional stager ask your agent for help.
Rooms actually look smaller when they're not staged, because people have trouble estimating space without the perspective of furniture, and their eye goes right to the opposite wall. For example, it's hard to see how big a bedroom is without a bed in place. Conversely, you can make a small room look bigger by using small-scale furniture pieces.
Since you're all in agreement I now feel better, one less thing to worry about moving is hectic enough.
Definitely staged.
