How do I get rid of "white fly"?

I have beautiful hibiscus in my front yard that are infested with white fly.

In a spray bottle,mix Murphys Oil Soap and a little water because its thick. Spray bush thoroughly. You will be amazed. I spray this on rose bushes for aphids and all plants for beetles. Works great !
