Frame Recipes - Perfect Way to Display Mom or Grandmas Old Recipes
Do you have some favorite old recipes that belong to your mom, grandma or another loved one? See how I framed some of my mom's old recipes...I've shared the story on my blog. It's definitely a great way to make sweet keepsakes for your own children and grandchildren! Framed recipes also make sweet gifts for loved ones.
A frame proudly shows some of my mom's favorite old hand-written recipes. One of which belonged to her granny!
I painted the once dark frame to a white shabby style and added brown kraft paper as a matte.
The recipe shows lots of character - from grease spots to splatters. Even a heart shape cut out. I have no idea if my mom cut that out or if one of us kids did when we were younger?!
