Try spraying some vinegar on them, let it rest for a few minutes, spray some more and then use a nonabrasive scrubbing pad or soft bristle brush. If the deposits are not softened enough to remove, you might have to let the vinegar soak a while longer.
Wipe you siding down every time you water. Not very convenient. Some people apply Rain x - might be something to consider.

Use plain white vinegar, put a plastic cloth over the ground area you want to keep the vinegar off of.
Hello, you best bet for this is to use plain white vinegar, use it full strength and use a brush to scrub at the tougher spots. It will clean it up well! Rinse well when finished especially if you have plants near where you cleaned.
