Yes, do not use them. It may be more garden work on my part, but I am not willing to use chemicals around any animals or children. Use straight vinegar instead of round up.

I never use roundup in gardens. As far as preen goes, I have rabbits, squirrels and chipmunks in and out of my gardens and have never found a dead one yet. The only thing that I find are the dead moles that our chow catches at night and leaves at the back door step for us to get rid of. I think they would have to eat a bunch of the preen to have it harm a cat. The roundup shouldn't harm the cat as long as it is dry after applying. The most harm that will come to an animal is if they get into the bottles/packaging that the chemicals come in

Talk to a Vet who cares for animals. he will know exactly. It is poison that will kill. You have to be careful, before buying things that animals would be in contact with. Just don't go pick something off the shelf without finding out about it. People run in a store, grab something and then pay for the results later. Nothing like an uninformed public, like pouring paint down a drain.

Not unless you spray a very wet application. These treatments dry very quickly and should do no harm to pets. Read all labels before using anything.
