Hello 2caterinlady, If the grass is intruding into your garden, you can use a straight edge shovel to create a border around the garden. Dig a 2" - 3" trench around the perimeter of your garden. That should stop the grass from coming into your garden. You could also push a rubber (or plastic) edger into that trench for a more permanent solution. Hope this helps you. Good luck and Happy Gardening.
Looking worse for wear....the weeds are now in your grass?
It really depends on how you stopped your weeds! If you used a general herbicide, like Roundup, you should expect all green things to die! If you used an organic homemade formula, you could expect better results. so it would help to know how you killed your weeds.
