a huge thank you to all you wonderful ladies who gave me hints on how to remove the dried blood....I didn't have club soda but I brushed it off first then used the hydrogen peroxide, it was like magic, it all lifted out. my husband is on blood thinner and didn't know his elbow was bleeding. he sat in three different chairs with his elbow oozing blood on each chair.

Hydrogen Peroxide is great for removing blood
Cold water and soap on a wash cloth lightly scrub. If its white, try peroxide , if not I wouldn't it may bleach .

Zout stain remover. It used to be sold only in nursing uniforms stores. Now you can get it in the supermarket.
