    This can't be real. There's a little tiny electric heater in the photo. with all those glass surfaces translating to thousands of BTU's of heat loss that heater is not going to do anything.

      @Pam Shoesmith Probasco I built my seed starter, very similar to hers, in my basement. (we live in Virginia. Gets pretty cold and my basement is unfinished!!) 6' Chrome, adjustable shelving, fluorescent lights (each with a warm and cold color temp bulb) over each shelf and with adjustable heights via chains, I hang one of those $20 cheapo heaters from Tractor Supply on one end and wrap the whole thing in black plastic (when it's too cold in the basement). I start my seeds in February, according to the type of thing I'm trying to sprout. These 'store bought' systems cost over $900 ea.... I think I have just over $150 in mine and it has more shelves/lights/grow trays. Works AMAZING!!! My first year I got almost 80 plants started!!!!
