Best way to keep slugs off of my veg plants w/out using chemicals?

    Spray them down with horticultural oil and try using crushed eggshells under neath them along with food grade diatomaceous earth

    Beer! Bury a small shallow dish in the soil, at soil level in the area u see them most, fill with any kind of beer, our slugs seem to like Budweiser just like we do ocassionaly lol:-) do this when the sun starts setting and in the morning you'll b amazed by the content in ur little "beer bowls". It's actually very distusting eeewwww! But it works:) btw, this has to b freshly done nightly. Good luck!

    I use salt around my plants that I don't want slugs or snails on.

    Save your eggshells and sprinkle them around your plants to keep the slugs at bay! Good luck!

    Beer. Slightly bury a clay pot saucer and put beer in. They don't really seem to like lite beers as well as regular.
