Looking for deer resistant ground cover?

I'd like something no more than 10" tall that will stay green with some other color, during the winter. Will need to be deer resistant. Thanks for any ideas. icon

vinca is evergreen with small flowers in the spring and deer leave it alone. Hellebores grow close to 10 inches tall and have blooms in March here in VA.
