All except Dec., Jan., and Feb., and those months are often warm enough, too, if there is enough bright sun. If you grow them in containers on wheels, you can roll them into the garage or house in hurricane weather.
Spring is typically when the first plants go in, but living where you do, you still have time to get plants in the ground and have tomatoes probably into November. Give it a try and see what happens! 🍅
I live just north of Orlando and I purchase tomato plants in mid March and mid September. I grow my tomatoes in five gallon pots on the south side of the yard since east or west are just too hot. This year the March tomatoes quit fruiting in mid June. But some years the fall ones last until January.
You may want to consider growing tomatoes in pots as the sandy soil in Florida doesn't work well for growing things you are going to eat.
