Are mocha maple cabinets still in style? Are white cabinets trending ?

check Pinterest you'll find a lot of ideas. I'm in the process of re-doing a kitchen and am doing more of an off white Benjamin Moores linen white. My choice, I don't go with trends, I only like painted wood. I live in a 200 + year old historic home. Back in the day contrary to many people's ideas painted wood was the way to go. I've done it in many a home and have never had any problem selling my homes that have all been over 200 years old. Best of luck, nothing worse than doing something trendy and then hating it when that trend goes south. Do what you like and are comfortable with. Painting cabinets gives one the option of change.

White has and always will be a classic. Mocha is very pretty, it just depends on how it coordinates with the rest of your furnishings. The options are endless. Visit a kitchen showroom, you just might fall in love with something totally different!

Dark cabinets are a matter of personal taste and preference. White has been in style for quite a while now and provides a lightened up clean, crisp updated look. My opinion..
