Do the covers zip off? If so, you can purchase new foam to replace. Take the cushions to the foam store and have cut to size for you. Another option is to purchase quilt batting and stuff extra in with the existing cushion to give it more body. You can also have a board cut to fit to slide underneath the cushions to keep them from sinking.
I have found that if you take them out of the covers and leave them out for a while that they go back into shape. I have extras because I Company Ned within a couple of weeks of buying my sofa and they sent new ones. They all seem to compress now. If anyone knows of a sofa brand that really keeps its shape with daily use I'd like to know about that! It is a constant task for me. ☹️
You can also take them to an upholstery shop and have them redo them.
