How to make a tree house?

Would you be able to tell me where to look for a tree house (miniature) that was attached to the bottom of the trunk-but has a doorway at the top of the tiny stairs.

Look for fairy garden or minature garden supplies. Even Big Lots is in on the craze, the best stuff I have found has been at train shops, the christmas shop in Pigeon Forge, TN, B.B. Barnes in Arden/Asheville, NC or from Etsy shops on line.
