I have 1/4" cracks running the height of my garage walls. Should I plaster or would the spray insulation be suffienct?

    We fix it,

I would seal the cracks with a elastomeric caulk first. Then you can plaster or use the spray insulation. The elastomeric caulk will make a nice seal. It will also expand and contract with the weather or temperatures.
