I vacuum them first, then take old rags that have been wrung out with hot water and clean them out. Then squirt WD 40 in there and then lightly wipe out again.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

Baking soda...paste...then rinse w/w water.
I use an old tooth brush and I have a crevice tool for my vacuum cleaner.
Candle wax rubbed on the track works well as it not only cleans the track it keeps the track working properly.
you can also try bleach water :)
