What are the hardiest succulents to grow in a small garden in zone 10?

i have a small triangular area at the front corner of my yard and want it decorative and colorful with a variety of small flowers and succulents and rocks.

I'm in North Central Texas, I think 8 is the zone. Seedum does well for me. Some in sun, some in shade. Does well for me and is perennial.
The Jade plant is the easiest succulent I know of. We have ours in a pot by the front door.
Throw in some sedum, will add color and texture, drought resistant and will spread on its own, can be trimmed back if necessary and use the trimmings to full in any bald spots. Also takes a beating.
