I have a Mimossa tree that that has not flowered. Will it eventually?

How old is the tree, does it get adequate water and is it located in a sunny spot?

Growing best in full sun locations, mimosa is not particular as to soil type but has low salt-tolerance. Grows well in acid or alkaline soil. Mimosa tolerates drought conditions well but has a deeper green color and more lush appearance when given adequate moisture.

I planyed it about 3 or 4 years ago and it is about 10 ft high. I live in the St Louis area and they are everywhere along side the roads.

They like good sun to bloom.
