Good Afternoon Barbara, According to Beaumont tiles, there isn't anything special you need to use to clean even outdoor tiles except a little white vinegar and water, because other things can damage your tiles (and I figure Beaumont Tiles should know of what they speak since they deal in tiling):

If your tiles are really stained up then you will probably want to use a chemical cleaner (which I hesitate to recommend because they are poisonous and dangerous to use, for you or whoever is using it, and for those who will use the area if it isn't thoroughly, totally, completely cleared up, so there is no exposure to it afterward).
