DIY Palm Leaves Mirror

This is a fun and cheery little makeover using the Palm Leaves Decor which is all the trend these days.
It gives the perfect summer vibe and hence I had to have it in my home decor.
When I got these mirrors initially they  were all black, plain and simple looking mirrors.
So I went a completely different route by painting these mirrors completely white.
First off even before starting the project I taped off all four corners so that when I painted over the borders it wouldn’t end up ruining the mirror.
I gave the mirror two coats of white to fully cover the previous makeover.
Then I let it dry for about two hours before I went in with this mini Palm Stencil that I received from DecoArt.
I used only  half of the palm leaf along the border of the mirror.
I lightly dabbed the stencil brush into the paint, brushed off the excess and then with an up and down motion to stencil all over the four corners.
I went back and forth with the shades of green.
These are also exactly the same color that I used on my Banana Leaf Table Makeover
It didn’t take that long and I ended up with these beautiful mirrors.
And there you have it.
All Done.
