Found some holes in our wood frame over garage. How can I get rid of them without toxic chemicals? How to I keep them from coming back?

I recommend contacting a professional for this. You need someone to check your whole house outside, and underneath for damage. Once the agent does his inspection, he will give you a plan for annual inspections and after assessing any damage to your home, will give you his plan for taking care of the problem. I wouldn't wait long to do this. Those critters can destroy a home if left untreated.

Hi Gale, Bees are not active at night. A few years ago my husband poured boiling water on a bee hive at night. To our surprise, it worked. Good luck.

Hi Gale, we also found a few holes in our post on wrap around porch, this may sound crazy but it worked, spray WD40 into existing holes and if they are in there they will come out. That was several months ago and have not had another incident since spraying!!
