If you mean the mats they use? If so, I would worry about water getting underneath them and causing mold and rot. If your bathroom floor is cement like the garage, I guess you could. But again, I would worry about mold. Linoleum is easy to put down in a bathroom and would not be cost prohibitive. Also, if down correctly, no water will get under it. Easy to maintain.
