Get your neighbor to come over and rise of the bushes each time the dog uses your property as a bathroom, maybe they will get the idea and keep the dog on a chain or something to keep it in their own yard. Not neighborly to let their dog do its business in your yard.

Put a border in front of the shrubs tall enough to deter the dog. Or spray animal repellant in the main areas the dog visits. Or watch for the dog and use an air horn just at the right moment. Do that every day for a week and the dog should be bypassing your yard. Or you could trim urine-stained branches from several shrubs and plants and see if your neighbor wants them. Or if your town has a leash law, you could take photos and call code inforcement or animal control every day. Or you could meet your neighbor at the side walk or go to his house and ask him to get his dog to move on each day because the urine really bothers you. Best wishes 😇

It must be fern, get rid of them, they will always smell. The hot weather makes it smell even worse. Tell your neighbor to let their dog pee on her bushes. Better yet, cut some off and offer it to her as a bouquet, she'll get the hint. Say your (her dog's name) seem to like these, now he can have his very own bushes . Hope this helps. A second thought. Make a spray of Sirahcha sauce, and spray the bushes. Hope this helps, Good Luck!
