Find out if your tiles are porcelain or? what material then go your local Craft or Paint store and ask what is the best paint to use. There are paints that are water proof and used for painting different kinds of tile. There is Porcelain paint. Easy to use. Clean tiles thoroughly and rinse well. Then use the finest sandpaper you can buy to scuff the tile just enough to assist the paint to adhere to the tile. Use a slightly damp cloth to make sure the porcelain dust is removed. Be sure it is left long enough to dry or dry with hair dryer that isn't too hot. (Acrylic paint , Oil paint, and other paint may be used but may/will need something to be mixed with the paint or sprayed when finished to be sure it is water proof and will be durable.) Hope this helps...
