Find out where they have their hives and get spray, spray them at dusk when they are all in the nest. Get rid of any hive that you see getting started. That is how I got rid of them our house, and they have finally left the area to nest. I guess they finally got the idea they weren't wanted. Mud daubers usually don't sting and they store mosquitoes in their nest for the babies to eat, so they really aren't that bad to keep around the outside of the house unless they are causing problems.

I used empty 2 litre soda bottles with wasp attractant in the bottom. They fly in and die, but it is really ugly. http://homeguides.sfgate.com/cheap-way-kill-wasps-92157.html

Learn more about bees & wasps. Most wasps are solitary, and are only aggressive when threatened by invaders to nests. Most are so beneficial to our environment and ecosystem. Usually if you have them you are a responsible gardener.

I am highly allergic to the stings of bees, wasps, and hornets, but would never harm them because of the job they are doing in my garden. I have been through shots, but was stung last year by a bee, I was talking with my neighbor over the fence, it landed on my forearm, walked around for a few moments, then decided to sting me. I keep an emergency "Epipen" on hand for times like this. Only the second time in my life I needed a shot. Still unsure why I had a reaction.

Keep them around, they do so much good!
