You could start with craft fairs especially before holidays and summers, county fairs etc. Get a colorful banner made, a bright table cloth, a handout on the health benefits of flower essences and essential oils. http://www.vistaprint.com/?mk=www+vistaprint.com&ad=e&crtv=102086295739&device=c&psloc=9033057&pstid=kwd-437844339&psite=mkwid%7cUQHyjUeA&iv_=__iv_p_1_a_1935593_g_24361227379_w_kwd-437844339_h_9033057_ii__d_c_v__n_g_c_102086295739_k_www+vistaprint.com_m_e_l__t__e__r_1t1_vi__&gclid=CjwKEAjw78vLBRCZ_6Hxg4nLjgQSJAAq-HMcfxa0HnRoodtoF4FDBORYURMg3CSYe2JWsGYB0F449xoC6o_w_wcB&GP=07%2f22%2f2017+16%3a28%3a18&GPS=4462302605&GNF=1
Other sites to market your product on would be open an Amazon store, or an Ebay store too.
Create your own website using a template... https://www.google.com/search?client=opera&q=www.vistaprint.com&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8#q=template+website+builder
A few marketing pointers.... I would photo the bottles in front of images of the live plants like the roses. Maybe put the jar on top of a bunch of live petals. Looks better. You can get cheap colorful business cards made at Vista Prints
I used to do perfumes.... get some watercolor paper and cut in 1/2" by 4" strips for testing your essences on, sanitary, put an eye dropper or spray on top of the tester. otherwise people introduce bacteria to the product.
