More than likely they are getting too much water. I let mine get almost dry before I water. Keep mine in lots of sunshine.
Anything from too much water to exhausted soil. Try re-potting, and only give it alittle drink once a week.
Most probably from too much water. Let them dry out before watering again. If over-watering isn't the issue, could be a nutrient deficiency. Once a month fertilize with a complete, water-soluble fertilizer (preferably one with micro-nutrients).
