I have lots of old postal stamps from all over the world. What can I do with them? Not sure of their value. Any one collecting them?

You can put them on top of an endtable with maybe some envelopes and put epoxy clear epoxy on top to seal them. If that makes sense

There are a lot of people who collect stamps so you might want to look into a store that deals in stamps and see if they can direct you to some one who can see if they are worth anything before using them in a project.

Since many stamps are valuable there are numerous books that list their value at your local Library, but you can find Stamp values on your computer by typing in " Postage Stamps" that will start you off. If you are not interested in doing this, there are many people who make collections out of them and would love to be given stamps of the kind you have. Valuable stamps can often bring a substantial amount of money if you have the patience to sort and price them. Good luck and have fun. Oh yes, sometimes there is a stamp club where people get together and swap stamps, sell some stamps... Contact your local Seniors Centre if that interests you because there is a wealth of information among the Elders of most areas we live in.

If you don't want to use them in any of your own craft projects, then think about giving them away to stamp clubs in your community. Many non- profit groups, childrens clubs, such a Scouts, Girl Guides, even some local libraries, run stamp clubs. Post an ad on Craigslist or Kijiji under Free items.

Hello Irvin; I would suggest contacting a local stamp club where you reside and see what they tell you.

Also, another option would be to sell them on EBay.

Stamps are very popular for Crafting. You could Always place the ones that interest you on a tray and then cover with a piece of glass or else coat them to the tray with heavy duty clear sealer.

I hope that this helps you!! Take Care!
