Popsicle stick lamp instructions

I made a lamp like this many years ago, and after it got broken, it was thrown away. I would love to make another one, but I cannot find a pattern for it anywhere. Can anyone help me find one, please?

I made a smaller one years ago and also hand bags too I also wish I had the patterns for them
