Is this a free standing or attached garage? Are the walls bare? Metal studs or wood? What are the outside walls made of? Your doors are a key loss of heat, if you have basic wooden doors,In my workshop, I have cut sheets of insulation and applied them via construction adhesive onto each panel. It made a noticable difference. Be sure the doors are properly adjusted and if there are edge gaps there are a number of ways to address these.
