Wait till the weeds wither and die. Then remove. It kinda depends on how much vinegar was used, but water will wash it away pretty quickly. I would certainly till in fresh compost or new soil to bump up the nutrients that were washed away or killed by the vinegar. Even though I use vinegar to kill the grass / weeds that sprout underneath my seed feeders, I still get sunflowers that pop up, which I let grow. Hope this helps!
