does anyone know of a lawyer that helps or works with property taxes?
fulton county is ripping me off and i think others off when it comes to selling their taxes to a collection agency investa services. they sell the tax bill days before they are due.

Go higher than just calling the tax office. Call the commissioner in your district and talk with their Assistant (you will find that an Assistant to someone like this is the best person to deal with.) If you get collection calls on a bill that is not due, get the name of the business, the name of the caller, inform them that the bill is not due and then file a police complaint! Keep in mind that a lot of these people are bogus and the County may not have sold your taxes to them at all...it may be a scam...check it out!

Agreed. Also, look for advocates that may be able to help you for no cost--lawyers usually don't work for free. Wishing you the best!
