If you can find a small piece of the leather from an unseen area use it or otherwise use Gaffer type tape. Prize open the tear and fix the patch in behind it. Apply glue to under surfaces. Depress the leather around the tear and push together as close as possible. When thoroughly dry colour in any raw edges etc. with felt tipped Pen to match . Wax to seal.
