You mean Caterpillars ? Bag some of them and take to your local gardenn centre to identify them and they will supply you with the proper treatment.
I had a spruce shrub last year and it had hundreds of wiggly worms on it.........since I did not care anymore about the shrub , I decided to spray it with hornet spray...the next day all the worms were dead and the shrub survived beautifully......no worms this year but I have some poison ivy growing within the bush........The bush is beautiful.....will try to tackle the poison ivy problem now.I took a chance for the worm situation.........Either you win or you lose
Most the time a diluted spray made of dish soap can be used to coat the critters and kill them off. Soap tends to suffocate bugs that need to breathe through their skin.
seven dust would probably kill hem
Chances are they may be hornworms, just pluck them off and toss in green waste bin.

lady with wasp spray, good for you! I was thinking put on rubber gloves ( disposalable ones) and try and get down to the poison ivy root. Gotta get the root. And don't touch face, counter anything with those gloves pull off roll up in trash they go. That oil spreads so easily!
