Homeowner sought a way to restore the surface of his older pool deck.

Other than the "cream" having flaked off, the deck was in good shape. We cleaned, prepped and applied a fresh skim coat of smooth concrete and stained it to exceed the clients expectations. Like it? How about a thumbs up?
After cleaning and prep, ready to apply the new concrete skim coat
Re coated and sealed with a colored sealer. An amazing transformation. Looks like new again!
The guys working to ensure a durable, long term solution for this homeowner.

Looks great. Do you charge by the square foot for a job like that and what's the cost per sf?
  • Hi Joe, sorry for the delay in responding.... Yes, its all done by the square foot with a minimum of about 450 square feet. It can run from $2.75-3.50 per square for the prep, overlay and stain/seal.
