Hello Randall, Throw a Polident tablet into the tank of your toilet. Let it sit overnight. It will look much better by morning. Good luck.

The best product I know is The Works. I used it on the outside picket fence with the plastic coating to clean the lime from the sprinkler system. Remember to wear gloves.
Clr works great, but I found a cheaper way to do it, toilet bowl cleaner. I use it to remove limescale from faucets too!
Watch out for the use of those strong chemical lime removers. On my old toilet bowl i think they also took the remaining finish off the porcelain , so in the long run it would get 'rusty' looking sooner, and looked worse than before!
